Traceable Key Tags
If
someone finds your keys they can use the
phone number and track-able serial number to
notify PassKey™ that
they have found a set of keys.
The key tag offers a reward in order
to persuade the finder to help
get the keys
back to the rightful owner.
PassKey™ acts as the middle man and requests that
the
person who found them drop the keys off at
either a police station, place of business, or the
finder
can simply drop them in any U.S. Postal
Service Mail Box and they will be mailed
"Postage
Pre-Paid" to our receiving facility .
That way your identity and address are kept
confidential.
24 Hour Vehicle Lock Out Assistance
If a customer loses or locks their keys in their car
assistance
will be provided to unlock their vehicle.
There will be no out of pocket
expenses to Customers for covered locksmith services
up to $85 per occurrence.
Home Lock-Out Assistance
If a customer is locked out of his/her home, PassKey™
will provide services
to unlock the customer's home.
Lockout assistance for the home is covered at no
expense
to the customer for up to $85 per occurrence.
If keys need to be made for the house there
will be no expense to the customer for up to 3 home key replacements.
Towing to an Authorized Repair Facility
When
a key is lost and a new key is cut the key
will not start the vehicle until it is programmed.
Due to this fact the vehicle must be towed to the
dealer for programming. PassKey™
will cover up to $100
for towing to authorized dealer due to key loss.
Rental Car Assistance
When requested
the customer will be provided
with a loaner vehicle from a national and licensed
rental
agency at discounted member rates.
The customer will be reimbursed up to $50 towards
the
cost of the rental for up to 2 days.
Taxi Assistance
When requested
a taxi will be dispatched to the
customer's location and the Active Customer will
be
reimbursed for up to $50 towards
the cost of taxi service due to key loss.
Programmable Key and Fob
Replacement
Replacement key and fob services will be provided
in the
event an active Customer's key or fob
is lost or damaged. Replacement key and fob
services
will be provided at no charge
to the customer
up to $400 per occurrence for Class 1 Vehicles and
$750 per occurrence for Class
2 Vehicles.

Driver
Valet Program
If
the customer's car is disabled due to the keys
being lost or damaged PassKey™ will connect
the
customer directly to our preferred rental car service
partner
for assistance in obtaining delivery of a
replacement vehicle to their location
and
facilitating the rental to help keep the customer
on the road and to where they need to go.
