State Requirements to Sell PassKey

PassKey™ maintains a strict policy of legal compliance in all states.

In certain states one person from each dealership is required to send in an application in order to sell road club services, like PassKey™. As soon as the application is sent in, and a copy is forwarded to our corporate office, that dealer is able to sell PassKey™. The dealer does not have to wait to receive the certificate from the state before being able to sell the policy. When the certificate is received a copy of it must also be sent to the PassKey™ corporate office.

Arkansas isTHE ONLY STATE THAT we are awaiting approval for the upgrade package.

Most recent approvals; Alabama , Mississippi, Nebraska, Nevada, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Utah and Wisconsin 2/09, Massachusetts 03/08, Maryland 11/15/2008, and California 03/10/2009.
